 |Food|Making a healthy meal a continuous habit! It's so hard to eat healthy but, if you would like that summer beach body or slim waist this is your best outcome. Five years ago I stopped eating pork and beef. Not because of religion but because I would prefer to remain slim as possible.  This was the best decision I have made regarding my eating habits. I do love my sweets, but If I can eat healthy as much as possible I deserve a cheat day every once in a while. How about trying to stop eating one fatty substance this year? You would definitely feel lighter.
